I ordered my Treadly back in March and due to supply chain issues I received it in June. It arrived with a dent on the side lock switch. They shipped me a replacement lock switch. Overall I love the convenience of it and it has been running smoothly. I use it daily. So far so good!

My wife and I really enjoy our Treadly. It is important to have in a place where it will be readily available for a 30 minute session, so we have ours upstairs rather than in our basement. Seems well made and a good value. First one arrived damaged at a corner due to careless handling by the shipper, not Treadly’s fault, and they promptly shipped a new unit with minimal hassle, and that unit got to us in perfect condition. Enjoying our Treadly.

Love this little treadmill. It's compact, but still allows me to fast-walk or slow-jog. It's made getting my steps in so much easier! It does not incline, but for the size of it, it's still worth every penny.
