If you are not satisfied with your Treadly, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Treadly guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
Because of the size and weight of the Treadly Treadmill, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your treadmill. Returns will be charged an additional return fee of $150 or more.
If your Treadly is returned in a damaged condition, missing parts, more than 7,000 steps you may be charged an additional restocking fee.
A signature is required in order to receive your Treadly. We use UPS as our carrier. According to UPS policy, they will attempt to deliver 3 times. After the third attempt, if unsuccessful, the unit can be picked up from a UPS location listed on the “Sorry, we missed you” slip within the next 48 hours.
If the the unit is not picked up within this time frame, it will be returned to sender
